1. About SetSignal

SetSignal is an appointment-setting platform that books consultations between prospects, including public employees and business owners, and licensed financial services and employee-benefits professionals. The platform is operated at app.setsignal.net. There is no cost or obligation to the people who book a consultation.

Agents who use SetSignal are also bound by the SetSignal Agent Appointment Service Agreement they sign during registration. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement governs the agent relationship.

2. SMS Appointment Notifications

Program: SetSignal Appointment Notifications. When you opt in, we send text messages about appointments booked through SetSignal: booking confirmations, reschedule and cancellation notices, and reminders before your appointment.

• How you opt in: contacts opt in by choosing “Yes” to text reminders on the appointment booking form; agents opt in by selecting “Opt in to SMS notifications” during registration. Opting in is not a condition of booking or of using the platform.
• Message frequency varies with your appointments — typically two to four messages per appointment, plus a notice if it is rescheduled or cancelled.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• For help, reply HELP or email support@setsignal.net.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Messages contain no marketing content, and your mobile number is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
